I first began teaching yoga in 2020, eager to share the beauty of this technique with others. Pandemic has also changed the way we look at Yoga and proven to be great source of help in a stressful time. Based in the UAE, my intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help my clients listen to their inner selves, learn to connect more with life, less with stress and discover a new positive person within them self .
